Katie and Sawyer’s story began back in high school, where a friendship first took root. After graduation, Katie pursued her Nursing degree at UW–Stevens Point while Sawyer entered the workforce. In the summer of 2020, fate brought them back together at a friend’s get-together. From that day on, their friendship grew into something much more—and the rest has been filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. The story continued in December of 2024, when Sawyer proposed during a family vacation in Florida,&nbsp;asking Katie to spend forever with him!
