We first met at Viola L. Sickles School in Miss Cannon’s second-grade class—back when our biggest concerns were recess and who got to be line leader. But after elementary school, Kaitlyn moved to Florida, and for a while, our paths went in different directions.

Fast forward to sophomore year of high school. Kaitlyn had just moved back to New Jersey, and thanks to a scheduling mix-up, was placed in the “P” study hall instead of “M.” That’s where we reconnected and quickly became friends. What started as a friendship eventually turned into something more, and the rest is history.

Since then, we’ve graduated college, traveled the world together, brought home our first (and very spoiled) dog, Bentley, and moved into our first home. From second-grade classmates to best friends to lifelong partners, we’re so excited to start this next chapter together.
