It all started on February 18th, 2024, at a 30th birthday party. Kaitlyn and David met that night and instantly felt a connection—easy conversation, shared laughter, and that feeling like they’d known each other forever. From that night on, something special began to grow.
They took things slow, building a relationship rooted in friendship, trust, and so many shared adventures. Whether it was spending weekends on the lake, going to country concerts, traveling, or simply enjoying time with loved ones, they quickly realized they had found something real.
On May 23rd, 2025, David made it official in the most beautiful way—on a friend’s beach at Greenwood Lake, he surprised Kaitlyn with giant “MARRY ME” letters, and a heartfelt proposal surrounded by their closest family and friends. It was the perfect moment, in the perfect place, with the people who mean the most.
