Castle Unicorn is located just 20 minutes away from the Omaha Metro, in Iowa's beautiful Loess Hills on a forested 400 acre private estate.

Castle Unicorn was built by in 1984 by a long-haul truck line owner from Council Bluffs. Its name reflects its unique architecture, featuring a single turret ("uni" meaning "one"). Tragically, the original owner passed away in an ultralight plane accident in the mid-1990s.

The current owners acquired the property in 1999. It was initially operated as a tent venue and traditional bed and breakfast. In 2007, they expanded the space by adding the pavilion. By 2014, Castle Unicorn had transitioned to exclusively hosting weddings, providing a unique and enchanting experience for couples and their guests.
