Honestly, our story begins with some of that online dating business. It wasn't the first rodeo for either of us, but we both went into this one with our hopes and expectations set high.

Our first date was over a pint at Hub Town in Okotoks. It was a beautiful October evening and we spent a few hours out on the roof-top patio sharing little tidbits about ourselves, discovering that our long-term goals were pretty darn similar, and bonding over some good ol' 'conspiracy'.

Our second date was a full day together the following weekend, heading up Highway 40 to go on a hike. We've since talked about the fact that driving into the wilderness and climbing up a mountain with a stranger isn't something we'd normally do, but we'd both left that first date feeling connected and excited to explore it further; we figured it was worth a go.

We've spent every day since that date doing just that. We've continued to explore together, to grow together, and to fall a little more in love everyday. We are so excited to celebrate this next step in our journey with all of you!
