RSVP Questions
How do I RSVP?
Once you receive your formal invitation, you can scan the QR code on the invitation or click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time.
When is the RSVP deadline?
March 1st. Please RSVP as soon as you know your plans!
What if I don't RSVP in time?
If you do not RSVP by our deadline, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.
What should I do if I cannot make it?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Kaitlyn or Alex as soon as you are aware.
Can I bring a guest/date?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
Dress Code Questions
What is the dress code?
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. Please avoid blue jeans if possible!
Are there any colors the guests should avoid wearing?
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. We also ask that you avoid black dresses as the bridal party would like to stand out as well!
Wedding Detail Questions
What time should I arrive?
Please plan on arriving about 20 minutes before the start time to ensure that you are able to locate the venue, park, and find a seat. If you are late, you will be kindly asked by our team to not enter the ceremony space and wait until cocktail hour to join the fun.
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
Both our ceremony and reception will be indoors at the same property. No need to worry about Texas weather!
There will be places to mingle outside during cocktail hour, but don't worry, there's a covered patio incase it's raining!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you silence/turn off all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would happy to send you any pictures upon request. During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!
Can I share pictures of your big day on social media?
We kindly ask that you do not share any photos of the wedding on social media until either Kaitlyn or Alex has had the chance to do so first.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, please have a drink on us! There will be a full bar throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
Please plan your transportation ahead of time if you are planning on drinking!
