1) Sunken Gardens- Beautiful gardens in Lincoln that you can walk through. Admission is free.

2) Historic Haymarket- this is a fantastic area to walk around in Lincoln. It has many shops, restaurants, and is close to the infamous Husker stadium. Great nightlife! Some of our favorite places to go include Lazlo's, Kinkaider Brewing, Mellow Mushroom, Ivanna Cone, McKinneys, Vincenzo's, and the Rabbit Hole Bakery. We also really like the shop Ten Thousand Villages!

3) Zipline Brewing Co. and SARO Cider- great places to drink and hang out!

4) O Street- Great place for food and for some bars- Brothers Bar and Grill, The Fat Toad, Duffy's Tavern, Iguana's Pub, Sandy's

5) Check the schedule! The Lincoln Saltdogs may be in town for a baseball game.

6) Great wineries: Junto Winery, Whispering Winds Vineyards

7) Prehistoric Putt in Lincoln is a fantastic indoor mini-golf park for all ages.

8) In Seward, NE : La Carreta (way better than La Cocina), Cafe on the Square, and Sparetime

9) For those coming from out of town, Scooters is great for coffee!
