Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Carmen's Banquet Center - 1520 Stone Church Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W 3P9.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We recommend that you arrive atleast half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

The ceremony will take place on the outdoor terrace, weather depending.

We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We've hired an amazing wedding photographer who will be capturing the way the wedding looks — and we're inviting each of you to sit back, relax, and just enjoy how the wedding feels. We're respectfully asking that everyone consider leaving all cameras and cell phones off. Of course we will be happy to share our wedding photos with you afterward! There will also be moments where you will be able to capture some moments during our ceremony that our officiant will announce.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving antipasto, sautee station, and beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Parking is free and located at the venue. There is plenty of room for parking. If for some reason you cannot find a spot, there is additional parking across the venue located in the Splitsville plaza.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. The only children that will be there are part of the wedding party.

We recommend booking in advance if you need overnight accommodations and unfortunately we couldn't book off a block for guests. But if you pre-book payment it's not due until check-in. Yes, please indicate when you RSVP any dietary restrictions so our venue can accommodate them.

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #MEETTHEPOSTS so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Also please keep an eye out at your table and the bar for a QR code to scan to upload pictures so we can see the evening from your eyes !
