The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow.

Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to park and pick your seat.

We’d love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please no jeans.

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, in the back of the venue. Cocktail Hour will be indoor and outdoor with games, drinks, and snacks available. The reception will take place inside. There are running bathrooms inside the Venue for guest to use.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSPV online. Thank you for understanding!

While we would love to see your kiddos, we’ve decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event (the only exceptions being the little ones in our bridal party). We hope you understand and can enjoy a fun date night!

Yes, if you are staying at the Holiday Inn Hotel or Comfort Inn Hotel at Birch Run You will be able to leave your car overnight on Saturday at the venue. Must pick your car up by 11:00 am Sunday morning. For more hotel details please view the travel page on the website.

We respectfully ask that all guests keep their phones and cameras away for the ceremony portion of the night. We invite all of our guest to be fully present with us during the intimate time we begin our life together. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture the ceremony, and we cannot wait to share those photos with you! please take all the videos and photos you would like during Cocktail Hour and the reception. The bride and groom would love for you to share those photos with them!

To RSVP, you can either mail back the card that came with your formal invitation or head to the RSVP section of this website. We ask that you kindly RSVP by July 10th. Please RSVP even if you are unable to make it.
