While we love your little ones, due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of a select few and have included those children in the invitations. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your online RSVP. When you RSVP on our website, you will type in your own name, and everyone in your party, including any plus ones, will be listed under your name. Please feel free to call or text Eric or Kaitlyn if you have any questions. We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire. No jeans, please! The wedding ceremony will take place outside, and the reception will take place inside.

Yes! The ceremony will be held outside the venue (weather permitting) and the reception will be held inside the venue.

Yes. There is a large parking lot right outside the ceremony and reception area.

We are just as excited as you for our big day, however we do ask that you do not take photos or videos of the ceremony as we will have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the moment. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception!

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be at The Barn at Trinity Tree Farm. There will be signs pointing you in the right direction as you get closer to the venue.

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm Pacific Time. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before.

Yes! During the reception, pizza will be served as the main course as well as a salad. We will also be providing snacks prior to dinner and cupcakes for dessert.
