Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
To save paper and time, we are only taking online RSVPs. If you are having difficulty RSVPing online, please contact us!
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP as soon as possible. The last possible date to RSVP is January 19th, 2024. We will be sending out reminder texts to ensure everyone responds on time.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
While there will be parking available at the wedding venue, we recommend car pooling or using a rideshare app, especially if you plan on drinking.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding is fully indoors.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes we have reserved rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville - Biltmore. See the travel tab for more information about the room block.
There are also tons of cute Airbnbs in the area! Feel free to stay wherever you will feel the most comfortable.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
There will not be a designated shuttle service to the wedding venue.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
The wedding dress code is semi-formal.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
While all events will be held indoors, during March it will still be cool in Asheville, so please dress to stay warm! The bridesmaid dresses are shades of green, so if possible avoid these colors. The wedding vibes are very botanical and moody, so feel free to dress to match that.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
To keep our event as intimate as possible, plus ones will be designated on the invitation. If you have received an invitation without a plus one option, that means you will not be able to bring an additional guest.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
As much as we love the little ones, there will be no children allowed at the Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, or Reception.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
The Rehearsal Dinner will have food available from the S&W market that is above the Circa 29 space. The Cocktail Hour will have light appetizers. The Reception will have multiple food stations serving a variety of cuisine. Please be sure to communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Will there be an open bar?
The Rehearsal Dinner will be an open bar with beer & wine. The Cocktail Hour and Reception will be an open bar with beer & wine. There will also be non-alcoholic refreshments.
