Connecticut National Golf Club — (formerly known as Putnam Country Club) This course offers a full 18 holes and is the most challenging golf course in the area. Great for folks who golf on a more regular basis, but the holes are very long, so maybe not the best for beginners.

Raceway Golf Club — This course offers 18 holes and is located in a sports complex featuring an international speedway. Very nice driving range and restaurant on premises.

Harrisville Golf Course — A nine hole facility, which is very nicely kept, and a good course for anyone. Challenging holes, but not too long.

Woodstock Golf Course — This nine hole course is located in rural Woodstock. It is a relatively short course, which can easily be walked. Good for the beginner on up the ranks and reasonably priced. Driving range available.
