To stay within our venues’ capacities, we can only accommodate those on our guest list. Those we have extended the invitation to, including those given plus ones, will be listed by name on your invitation and on the online RSVP feature through our website. Thank you for understanding!

In order to stay within our venues’ capacities and to allow all guests an enjoyable night of fun and relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult-only event. We hope you can take this opportunity to have a fun night away from the kids!

Guests should RSVP by August 16, 2025. If we do not receive an RSVP by this date, you will be marked as “not attending.” We have to give our vendors final guest numbers at this time, so we thank you in advance for meeting this deadline!

A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for our guests at the La Quinta Inn & Suites Terre Haute, 451 E. Margaret Dr. Terre Haute, IN 47802. Use the group name “Panagouleas/Mrdja Wedding” when booking. All rooms must be booked by September 11, 2025 to receive the group room rate.

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride, including white, ivory, and cream. Additionally, the bridesmaids will be wearing burgundy.

Doors to the ceremony venue will open at 4:00pm and close at 4:25pm. We encourage you to arrive as early as possible to park and find a seat for the ceremony to begin promptly at 4:30pm. Immediately following the ceremony, guests can begin arriving at the Country Club of Terre Haute for a cocktail hour.

There will be an open bar available at the reception. We can’t wait to celebrate accordingly!
