We’re so excited to celebrate with you at The Mayo Hotel in Downtown Tulsa, OK. Join us on the 16th floor ballroom for an evening of celebration from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM on July 12, 2025. The address is 115 W 5th St, Tulsa, OK 74103!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, so we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early to find the ballroom, get settled, and be ready for the celebration to begin. We can’t wait to see you there!

Dress Code: Black Tie Optional! We invite our guests to dress in formal evening attire to match the importance of the occasion. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are warmly welcomed, but a classic suit and tie or a stylish cocktail dress are just as perfect. Please wear whatever makes you feel confident and happy!

Complimentary valet parking is provided to all of our guests at the Mayo Hotel. Pull your vehicle to the front entrance and they will take care of the rest! Chat with staff if you have further questions upon your arrival!

Our wedding coordinator will be available to answer questions as she will have the knowledge regarding all ins and outs for the day. More details to come!
