Reservations must be made through our discounted group block in order to attend wedding events. Additional charges will be required to receive wedding wristband, which is required to attend wedding events if not booking through our group block with Shaadi Destinations (i.e. - using Expedia or even on the resort's website is not permitted).

Is there a minimum nights stay at the resort?
Yes! There is a 3 night minimum stay. While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-6 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you must stay 2 nights, please contact our travel company at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through our travel company allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
Do I have to stay at your resort?
Yes! Guests must stay at our resort and book from the link under the "Travel" tab to attend any of our events. Per the resort, guest who do not book with the provided link will not be able to attend events.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
What does transportation to and from the hotel look like?
The resort is approximately a 70 -minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Round-trip airport transportation from CUN is included when guests book their rooms through Kajal and Nish's wedding group block. After booking your rooms and flights, please update your flight information per instructions on the "Travel & Stay" tab no later than 1 month prior to arrival to Cancun.
What documents do I need to travel to Mexico?
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) prior to your arrival in Mexico.
