Meeting The One when you least expect it!

Her Story -

Another night out shopping with my Mom; trying to find some gifts for upcoming birthdays and Christmas. Our last stop of the night would change my life forever. When we stepped in to the final store I saw a very attractive man standing at the photo counter. I smiled and tried everything I could to get his attention. He ended up coming over to say hello and we chatted for a bit. He had a cute sense of humor and was very easy to talk to. As my mom and I were about to head out I slipped him a note with my name and number asking to "Call Me Maybe!?!" Before we even left the parking lot my phone rang. Sure enough it was Kris telling me he was interested.

His Story -

It was another casual work day at the photo counter. It wasn't a very busy evening until there was some excitment that came through the door. A fellow employee had me sweep up some glass off the floor. When I happened to look up there was a beautiful and attractive girl ahead of me. I did not yet know her name but I knew I had to find out. We ended up conversating for a bit. Before she left she handed me a letter with her name and number. I knew I had to call her up as soon as possible to seal the deal.

Her Story -

I had been wanting to get away and explore for quite some time. Kris ended up taking me to Niagara Falls, Canada for my birthday. We walked Clifton Hill, visited the botanical gardens and butterfly/bird exhibit, viewed the falls, and went on the Maid of the Mist (boat ride). When we stepped off the boat, soakin wet, I asked a worker to snap a picture of us. Before I knew what was happening Kris took my hand and got down on one knee. He asked me to Marry Him and I of course said yes! It was such a sweet moment because those around us were cheering and the boat whistle was blowing.

His Story -

Kala had been mentioning she would like to go to Niagara Falls, Canada. I had never been there before and thought it would be a nice place to take her for a birthday getaway. The more I thought about the trip, I thought it would be the perfect place to propose. I asked her parents permission and started to plan the surprise. We were having a fun time touring Canada and seeing the falls. After we got off the Maid of the Mist I knew it was time to pop the question. She said yes!!
