Ryan and I first crossed paths through our best friends back in 2021. Though we always shared a playful, flirty connection from afar, it wasn’t until 2023 that the timing finally felt right for us to take things to the next level. Looking back, we both believe that we came together at the perfect moment in our lives, and that it happened for a reason.
From the moment we shared our first official date, it quickly became clear that Ryan and I were meant to be. Just under a year and a half later, on December 23, 2024, Ryan popped the question, and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect evening—surrounded by my family, friends, and, of course, the love of my life.
Throughout our relationship, I’ve always talked about the "invisible string theory." It’s this idea that people who are destined to be together are connected by an invisible, unbreakable string. No matter what obstacles or distance stand in the way, they will eventually find each other. Looking back at our story, it’s wild how so many of the pieces fit. His mom worked at my school growing up, we almost ended up in the same class, and we even unknowingly lived in the same apartment complex during COVID. On top of that, each of our best friends ended up marrying one another. It’s as if the universe was gently nudging us toward each other all along.
Now, here we are, about to tie our "invisible string" and become one. It feels like we’ve always been meant to find each other, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together!
