We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we have hired a professional photographer. However, feel free to capture memories during the reception!

We ask that guests arrive at 4 o'clock for the ceremony to allow for seating and any last-minute adjustments.

We love your little ones, but to help keep the celebration comfortable for all guests, we ask that this be an adults-only ceremony and reception. If you need recommendations for local childcare providers or have questions, please reach out to us.

Yes, the ceremony will be held on the outdoor patio with covered areas for weather protection. The reception will take place both indoors and outdoors so guests can enjoy the patio and indoor space throughout the evening.

Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions. Please let us know any allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, etc.) when you RSVP. We'll share this information with our caterer to ensure safe, appropriate options for you. If you have severe food allergies, please include details so we can take extra precautions.

There will not be a shuttle between hotels and the venue. Guests may use Ravenwood’s overnight parking or rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) to travel to and from the event.
