The ceremony will begin at 4 o'clock, we kindly as that guests arrive around 3:30 to allow time to get settled and find a seat. We will have refreshments available while you wait.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. While we are getting married by the beach, we kindly ask that you leave your flip-flops and shorts at home!

The ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be outside (weather permitting). The reception will take place indoors. If there is inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place under a covered patio.

Parking at the venue is limited, however, there is offsite parking with a shuttle service available. The address of the lot is 38 Woodbridge Road York ME 03909. The shuttle will run continuously one hour prior to the ceremony for transport to the Inn and the return shuttle will run for an hour and a half beginning 15 minutes prior to reception end time. Any guests who have made a guest room reservation are welcome to park on site and will be issued a parking pass by the Front Desk upon check Inn.

Due to space limitations at the venue, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.

Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP and a meal will be provided in consideration of your restrictions.

While we appreciate everyone wanting to help capture our day, we will be having an unplugged ceremony and ask that you please refrain from taking photos on your phone. Our wonderful photographer, Laura, will be capturing the ceremony and we are more than happy to share photos with people after the wedding.

The reception is scheduled to last until 10pm, guests are welcome to stay at the Stage Neck Inn and enjoy a drink at the restaurant bar if they choose to do so. The bride and groom will be making their way over to the York Harbor Inn once the reception ends to continue celebrating in the Ship's Cellar Pub!
