*** BUS WILL BE PICKING UP GUESTS IN THE FRONT OF THE GRAND CASINO HOTEL BY VALET AT 2:30PM, DEPARTING AT 2:45PM TO ARRIVE AT VENUE AT 3:15PM. IT IS A SCHOOL BUS***
BUS WILL MAKE RETURN TRIPS TO THE CASINO AT 9pm and 11pm. BUS WILL GET THE THE VENUE AT 8:45pm TO LEAVE AT 9pm, AND 10:45pm TO LEAVE AT 11PM.
We will be booking a school bus to bring our guests from the Grand Casino Hinkley. It will also be making return trips after the reception.
There is a question when you RSVP if you plan on taking the shuttle. If you plan on taking the bus, please make sure you say yes.
You can still drive to the venue yourself, and take the bus back to the casino! The venue just asks that all vehicles are picked up by 10:30am the following morning.Bus will

We have 20 rooms blocked here. 10 under Kalley Siverhus and 10 under Joe Gross. 10 minutes away from the venue. We are planning on having the bus pick up and drop off here if necessary.

We will have rooms blocked here both Friday and Saturday night. Room blocks are held until Sunday, July 7th 2024. If you plan on staying at the Hinkely Casino, please reserve your room before then. They are booking fast due to another event the same weekend!

King Bed - $149/night plus tax
