There are a limited number of rooms within our Block at the Staybridge Suites Oconomowoc for the day before and the day of the event.

It is imperative that you make hotel reservations before our Block Release Date of September 17, 2025. Once rooms are sold out and/or

released to General Reservations the hotel will no longer offer the discounted rate. Reservations made outside of the block, after the

release date or block sell-out, will be subject to minimum night stay requirements, at the prevailing retail rate. If you would like to arrive
