To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible.

However, the deadline is January 28th 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no.' We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of some immediate family. We hope you understand our decision, and we look forward to celebrating this special day with you.

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3:15 pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Parking at the venue is free.

A shuttle for guests will be provided following the reception, starting at 10pm and running until 1am. The shuttle will be dropping guests off at the Hampton Inn Saskatoon South.

If you need to leave early, taxis come out to The Barn. Please note that The Barn is outside Uber's service area.
