Yes! There is enough parking for up to 60 cars! There will be plenty of space, but if you'd like to carpool, that is encouraged!

Yes! There are several hotel options available near the venue. The Fairfield Inn & Suites is 12 minutes from the venue. If you are looking for some more upscale hotels, there are some located about 25 minutes from the venue. Please see the travel page for more info!

The venue is about 45 minutes away from the Charlotte Airport and about 15-35 minutes away from the recommended hotel accommodations. If you are flying in and want to explore the area, we recommend considering a rental car or Uber to get around and explore!

Due to the number of people the venue is able to accomodate we have a limited number of guests we can have. While we would love to have additional guests, we are unable to accommodate any extra guests outside of your designated number. Invites will have your guest amount listed and ask that you RSVP how many of your party will be able to attend.
