Kallie and Gabriel first met back in high school, but their love story didn’t truly begin until 2020. Gabriel reached out to Kallie and asked her out on a date—Mexican food followed by a few competitive rounds of Mario Kart at his apartment (fun fact: that was the first and last time he’s ever let Kallie win).

From that night on, they hit it off and quickly became inseparable. Even with Kallie living two hours away in Bowling Green for the first few years of their relationship, they made it work—through road trips, weekend visits, and lots of FaceTime.

In 2021, they added a new member to their little family: their dog Nova, who quickly became the center of their world. Then in 2023, they welcomed Moose, their second pup, whose goofy personality and big heart brought even more love (and chaos) into their lives.

That same year, they took a trip to Italy to visit Kallie’s sister, who was studying abroad. While in Florence, Gabriel completely surprised Kallie by proposing at Piazzale Michelangelo—one of the most breathtaking spots in the city.

Since then, Kallie and Gabriel (and Nova and Moose!) have been soaking in all the love, laughter, and excitement as they get ready to say “I do!”
