Best Western Leesburg Hotel & Conference Center
Rooms at the Best Western in Leesburg can be reserved at the group rate of $115 + tax for 6/9-6/10. This does include breakfast, and they have an airport car that can be scheduled for pick-up in advance through the hotel. They also have a complimentary shuttle for guests within three miles.
Dulles International Airport
For anyone flying in, Dulles Airport (IAD) is the closest to our venue. The block hotels even have transportation to and from the airport for anyone who does not want to rent a car.
Comfort Suites
Currently, only Saturday (6/10) is available for the wedding block for the group rate of $119 + tax. Comfort Suites offers a free breakfast and airport shuttle, as well as a shuttle for guests to attractions within 5 miles of the hotel. They can offer discounts to some of the attractions, including 2 for 1 tastings at many of the wineries. Guests can also get a discount for car rental with Enterprise using code L16V68G / COM. Call the hotel directly to get the discounted rate for the Stavros/Thibodeaux wedding by May 10th.
Shuttle from Block Hotels
We have arranged for transportation to the venue from the hotels in Leesburg and would love for you to take advantage of this! See the schedule below so you don't miss your ride:
Shuttle will arrive for pickup at Best Western at 4:45 pm and depart at 5:00 pm for Comfort Suites,
Shuttle will arrive at Comfort Suites for pickup at 5:05 pm and depart at 5:15 pm to arrive at Oatlands around 5:30.
Shuttle will arrive at Oatlands at 10:45pm and depart at 11:00 pm for hotels.
If you would like to continue the party, the shuttle can drop off at Spanky's, a nearby bar, where you can continue dancing the night away. They have a courtesy shuttle that can pick you up and take you back to the hotel free of charge. Please tip the driver.
Driving Directions to Oatlands
From Washington, DC (east):
TOLL: I-66 West to Exit 67 Dulles Airport 267 W to Leesburg. Take Exit 1A then second right to 15 S Warrenton. Oatlands is five miles on the left.
NO TOLL: I-66 West to Exit 53B VA-28 N for 3.5 miles. Take exit for US-50 W and continue for 11 miles. At 3rd traffic circle, take 1st exit to US-15 N. Oatlands is 5.6 miles on the right.
From Front Royal (west):
I-66 East to Exit 40 US-15 N for 23 miles to Oatlands on the right.
From Baltimore/Frederick (north):
I-70 West to Frederick. Route 15 S to Leesburg Route 15 bypass to 15 S Warrenton. Oatlands is five miles on the left.
Homewood Suites by Hilton
If the block rooms are full, check Homewood Suites. It is next door to Comfort Suites and you may be able to walk over to catch the venue shuttle. There is no block of rooms here, however.
Leesburg, VA, United States
If you do not plan on having a car, Uber and Lyft have a presence around DC. Being near Dulles, these are likely good options if you want to travel farther than the hotel shuttles will take you.
Hampton Inn & Suites Leesburg
Also another alternative to check if block rooms are take is the Hampton Inn. This is also next to the Comfort Inn if you would like to take the venue shuttle to the ceremony. There is no block of rooms here, however.
