What time do you arrive?

If you are a part of their private ceremony please arrive to the venue no later than 2:30pm to find your seats for ceremony to begin at 3 pm. Guest attending the reception should arrive by 4:30 and no later than 5 o’clock as dinner will begin around 5:30!

Is their ceremony private?

Yes! The Mr and Mrs have chosen to exchange their vows in a private ceremony in the presence their closest family and friends.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The bride and groom would love to see everyone look their best in semi-formal wear for their day! ladies break out your favorite pastel colors! Men, you can never go wrong with a good pair of khakis and button down.

Can I take pictures?

The Mr and Mrs. love that guest want to capture their special moments throughout the day! For those attending the ceremony we ask no pictures be taken during that time and allow for our photographer to capture these moments, as well please refrain from posting any photos on social media before the newlyweds have had a chance to do so! After the ceremony there will be a video camera provided for any and everyone to leave a spoken message, capture dances and all around to capture the night.

Are kiddos welcome?

Of course! there will be a kids table and activities so everyone can enjoy the day with the newlyweds.

Parking?

There will be a signs roadside to help, but parking will be along the easement beside the orchard

Dinner and Drinks?

Dinner will be buffet style consisting of ham, roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and Italian pasta! Two kinds of veggies, corn and green beans casserole as well as dinner salad and dinner rolls Catering by Chris’s Catering. There will be a non liquor drinks available in wheelbarrows, there will be s four kinds of canned beer, two kinds seltzers as well as three kinds of wine! There will be pops and waters available as well, for easy grab and go. If there is a particular drink of choice you’d prefer, you are welcome to bring your own! As alcoholic beverages will be available, Mr. & Mrs. ask if you are planning to drink, have a designated member of your party drive you to your destination, or have a separate designated driver ready. The bride and groom appreciate guests cooperating in order to make sure everyone makes it back safe for the night!
