Kami and Katie have been friends since August 2013 when they met in the Marching Royal Dukes (MRDs) during Kami's freshman year at JMU. Kami and Katie immediately bonded over being military kids (even though our dads did very different jobs in different branches). As the time went on, Kami and Katie became closer, sharing big life events together, supporting the hardest and most joyful moments together. From performing for LITERALLY MILLIONS of people at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2013 to individual wine nights with our puppies, Kami couldn't imagine life without Katie in it!

Kami and Ally have known each other since August of 2013 when they met at Canterbury Episcopal Campus Ministry at JMU. Although Kami and Ally didn't really get to know each other until junior year at JMU, once they connected, there was no stopping this friendship! Ally and Kami have seen each other through many seasons of life, through many states, life's ups and downs, and everything in between. Ally has been a steadfast friend for Kami, and Kami is thankful for her presence always.

Kami and Alex have the longest history of the bridal party! Their friendship dates back to Mother's Day Out (although they didn't really know it then). Kami and Alex also had military background in common, and as they grew up skating together and in band class together, their friendship grew stronger and tighter. Kami still remembers playdates in elementary school since Alex lived in the same neighborhood as Kami's grandparents! As they grew up, were in different parts of VA for high school, and attended different colleges, Kami and Alex's friendship is one that picks up where it left off every single time. Their sisterly bond keeps them in touch regardless of how much time has passed. Kami is so lucky to have a lifelong friend in Alex!
