Derek and I have known each other for a while through mutual friends. However, our story starts on April 19, 2024. Derek reached out to me on April 18, and the next day, we were on a date! Since that day we have had so many fun adventures together! We have been all over Michigan and have truly enjoyed every part of getting to know each other.

Just a short 9 months later, I turned around to find Derek on one knee asking me to marry him. On January 25, 2025, Derek took me to Lake Michigan and proposed! He took me to see the frozen lake and surprised me with the most special proposal.

We are so thankful to God for bringing us together, and we are so excited to build a life together. Derek and I are so excited to celebrate our love with all of you!
