While we love kids, unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party. With that being said, the Omni offers a children’s camp until 9pm. The Omni also recommends a childcare service called Amelia Island Nanny. Follow the links below for more details and to book!

JAX- Jacksonville International Airport is the closest major airport to Amelia Island, located approximately 30 miles southwest of Amelia Island, FL.

It depends on what you are looking for- The Omni on Amelia Island is the closest hotel to the ceremony and reception, which is a resort style stay with pools and beach access. - If you prefer to stay in a house or smaller scale accommodation there are lots of historic B&B, Airbnb, and Vrbo options located in down town Fernandina, which is about a 20 minute drive to the wedding ceremony and reception. - Check the “TRAVEL” tab for more information

ALL wedding guests will utilize our scheduled Omni Shuttles on the day of the wedding. Guests that are staying at the resort will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take guests to Walkers Landing. No parking available at Walkers Landing. Trams will begin 45 minutes prior to ceremony start time and will continuously pick up guests every 15 minutes until the start of ceremony. Transportation will be provided at the end of the night back to your vehicles & hotel. 2. Guests that are NOT staying on property - When they arrive at the security gate, they will reference “Ardaman & Walker Wedding” and then park in our parking garage located off Beach Walker Rd. Then they will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take guests to Walkers Landing. 3. Any guests that are unable to take the shuttles due to injury or need to have their vehicle with them for personal reasons may drive to Walkers Landing. No more than 10 cars are suggested to park at Walkers Landing (vendors included)
