We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Please dress in cocktail attire. Spring colors and florals are encouraged.
Can I Bring a Guest/Date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Are Kids Allowed?
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.
When Do We Need to RSVP By?
Please RVSP by February 11th by using the RSVP on our wedding website.
What Do I Do If I Can't Make It?
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
What Time Should I Arrive?
The ceremony begins at 6:00 pm. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.
Where Do I Park?
Our venue has free on-site parking with a golf cart attendant for guests who need it. We will have transportation picking guests up from 5:00-5:15 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn and dropping them off at the Hilton Garden after the wedding has ended. You can Uber/Lyft from the hotel to the venue, but please ensure you give yourself 30 minutes to order the ride.
Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
Will There Be an Open Bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to party! For this reason, we encourage you to uber/lyft to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.
Will the Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Please check the weather to see if you may need extra clothing or an umbrella. The reception will be in a tent.
What Happens If It Rains ?
Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held inside if it is raining during this time.
