My favorite thing to do in Rome is tour Berry College's campus. It is the largest campus in the world, and you will see deer everywhere! There are some great places to hike too!

Oak Hill is a beautiful house in Rome that you would enjoy seeing if open. It was Berry's founder's home but also the big white house that was in the movie Sweet Home Alabama!

Check out downtown Rome...there are great restaurants, and you'll find my favorite bakery, Honeymoon Bakery. Take a look at the famous clock tower while you're walking around. Also, Myrtle Hill Cemetery is neat (sounds creepy, I know!).

Robert Redden Footbridge can be seen from the Hawthorne (hotel) and will be lit up in red, white, and blue at nighttime. Walking along the bridge, you will find a ton of little locks. Similar to the Pont des Arts in Paris, couples leave locks on the bridge to symbolize their love.
