Itinerary:

Thursday May 15th:

•rehearsal walk through (for immediate family and bridal party only)

•Welcome party at Hyatt House H Bar at 7pm


Friday May 16th:

•shuttles leave Hyatt House at 2:15pm and arrive at the venue at 3:15pm

•ceremony begins at 4pm followed by dinner and dancing in reception hall next to the chapel

•shuttles leave venue at 10:30pm and return to Hyatt House at 11:30pm

Saturday May 17th:

For those who can join we would love to continue celebrations on broadway



Dress code for wedding: semi formal to formal



For those staying at Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center with the room block, when checking into the hotel please remind front desk of the discounted parking and discount at the H bar!
