Aces Limousine
There will be a shuttle that will pick guests up at the Hampton Inn on Ridge Road. Their pick up time will be 3PM and will shuttle guests to the ceremony. The driver will stay downtown until 5PM to bring guests to the Hotel at the Lafayette.
Later in the evening, the shuttle will return to bring guests back to the Hampton Inn beginning at 9PM.
Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown
Rooms are being held at the Hilton Garden Inn, across the street from Hotel Lafayette, for $160 per night. To book over the phone you can call the hotel directly at 716-848-1000. Just inform the agent the dates that you wish to book and that the special rate code is HFW.
To book online go to their hotel website www.buffalodowntown.hgi.com. On the home page, enter the arrival and departure dates for the stay. Before selecting the Check Rooms and Rates button, click the link underneath to Add a Special Rate Code. The only information that you will have to input is your group code, which is HFW, in the blank space next to where it says Group Code.
