We kindly request that only guests written on the invitations attend the wedding.

Kyle and Kara will be going to The Still House at Gervasi Vineyard after they finish with the rehearsal and all are welcome to join! It’s first-come, first-serve but it’s casual cocktail lounge and there will be live music from 8-11pm. It’s a full bar, with apps, dessert etc. There’s a walk-up bar or full service sections and a cigar patio. Gervasi also has numerous bars and restaurants to check out including The Bistro, The Crush House, The Piazza and The Cave.

We are asking all guests to come dressed in cocktail attire. Per Google, cocktail attire is a dress code that's more formal than smart casual but less formal than black tie. It's meant to be polished, sophisticated, and chic, while still being comfortable and elegant. Women can wear a dress of any length or pant suit. Men can wear a suit and tie, or a sports jacket and dress shirt.

The wedding will be held at The Pavilion at Gervasi Vineyard, which is an outdoor open-air structure. Cocktail hour will be held on a grassy lawn so plan your shoes accordingly ladies! The Pavilion comes equipped with ceiling fans to keep you cool, as well as temporary siding if there is inclement weather. We recommend checking the weather app while choosing your outfit since Ohio weather can be very unpredictable!

Yes! There is a large parking lot within a quick walking distance to Gervasi Vineyard's pavilion.

Yes! We have a room block at Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton Airport. More information related to the room block can be found under the accommodations tab on our wedding website.

Yes! Transportation will be provided for all guests who will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton Airport in our room block.

All guests will have the choice of protein between chicken and beef for their plated dinner. We will also have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and kid friendly options.
