Please RSVP no later than May 1st, 2025. If yo do not RSVP by May 1st, we will be unable to accommodate you at our wedding. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we cannot accept late RSVPs and we will mark any unanswered responses as "declined". If you still need to RSVP, please visit the RSVP page before the deadline.

Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event (the only exceptions are immediate family). Invitations will be specified and will include the names of the children who are invited. Thank you for your understanding.

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be occurring at Sprucewood Shores Winery. The ceremony will be held out by the pond (weather permitting), and the reception will be held inside in the hall.

If you are driving, there is ample parking available on site for guests. Please note that there is limited cell service at the location so please schedule ride pick ups before arriving. Cab service numbers will be provided at the venue.

The ceremony will begin at promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to find parking and your seat.

We are having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures during this time. We have hired 2 amazing photographers to capture the moments of our day. However, you are more than welcome to take pictures during the cocktail hour or reception!

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail (semi-formal) attire for our wedding. For example, women are more than welcome to wear any semi-formal dress/pants and blouse they are comfortable in. Men can wear button ups, dress pants/khakis, and a suit jacket if they desire. Feel free to reach out if there are any questions!

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you. Drinks will be available after the ceremony at the start of cocktail hour and last call will be 12:30am.

Please let Kara or Shayne know if you need any dietary requirements to be met. The chef offers vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options for those who require them.
