What should I wear?
Our dress code is formal, black tie optional. We would love to see men and boys in tuxedos or suits, and ladies and girls in gowns or classy cocktail dresses. Please no denim.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
First Course
Bacon-wrapped driver scallops with apricot chutney, Jumbo lump Maryland crab cakes with remoulade sauce, Applewood cold smoked salmon, and lamb chop lollipops. The first course will be served during cocktail hour.
Second Course
Ozoni, a traditional Japanese soup to bring good luck, which includes mochi, fish cake, carrots, & nori.
Third Course
Pecan Bleu Salad, including fresh leaf spinach and romaine, granny smith apples, bleu cheese crumbles, candied pecans, and maple vinaigrette dressing.
Fourth Course
Fresh-made raspberry sorbet with mint leaves.
Fifth Course
12oz Cut Prime Rib Roast, marinated and coated with fresh cracked black pepper and rosemary, slow roasted to perfection and topped with an au jus glaze, with a whipped horseradish sauce on the side. Creamy parmesan risotto and bacon haricot verts.
Sixth Course
An assortment of cheeses and crackers, along with almonds served over a bed of coarse ground mustard, and grapes.
Seventh Course
Wedding cake including, almond with raspberry filling, chocolate with fudge filling, coconut with mango filling, cherry cheesecake, cappuccino with mocha filling, and carrot cake. Along with an assortment of cookies.
A late-night snack of sliders with parmesan truffle fries will be served.
While all children are welcome to enjoy the standard menu, we will have a children’s selection of chicken tenders, fresh fruit, French fries, & green beans available for children under 12 if they prefer. Please indicate on your RSVP card if you will be needing a children’s meal.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We will be able to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, as long as we are informed of them before March 31st, 2024.
