This is an adult only celebration. While we adore children, this event is for the parent's to take a night off! We appreciate your understanding.

Unfortunately due to venue size, we cannot exceed our guest count. On your invitation, it will note if you can bring a guest.

Semi-formal/Cocktail Attire. Please refrain from wearing white or blush pink.

The cut off date for all 3 hotels is May 24, 2024. If you still need to book a room after this date, you will need to call the hotel directly and mention our names.

There is street parking and a garage underneath the building. We encourage ride sharing so everyone can have some fun! All three hotels are within walking distance of the venue, as well.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time. Sunglasses are encouraged, since the ceremony will be outside- weather permitting.

To the left of the building, there is a small parking lot which will give you access to the ramp to access the building in the front.

24 hours in advance, we will know if we need to move the ceremony inside. You will use the main entrance to the building and our ceremony will be held on site in the auditorium. Fingers crossed we don't need to do this!
