Our last name will be Sadler.
Where is the ceremony and reception?
Both the ceremony and reception will be at The Event on Sunnybrook, 3734 Sunnybrook Rd, Kent, OH 44240. Cocktail hour will begin after the ceremony while the bridal party takes pictures, with the reception to follow.
When do I need to RSVP?
Please RSVP by August 10th! Just click on the RSVP tab and enter your name.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Weather dependent, the ceremony will be outside on the patio.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so please arrive no later than 4:15pm. You will not be permitted in if you are late.
What is the dress code?
We would love for you to dress up with us! The dress code is formal. Women should wear cocktail or floor length dresses. Men should wear suits with dress shirts & tie. Please no jeans or shorts. Also note, bridal party will be wearing eucalyptus green.
Can I bring my kids?
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair, unless otherwise noted on your invitation.
Can I bring a plus one?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Please make the appropriate accommodations to ensure you leave the reception safely.
Will a shuttle be provided?
There will be a shuttle for guests staying at the recommended hotel, however space is limited. There will be plenty of free parking at the venue. Please carpool if you are planning on drinking.
What is the recommend hotel?
The recommended hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn located at 1307 E Market St. Akron, OH 44305. Hotel must be booked by August 14th.
