The ceremony will start at 4 pm (hopefully sharp!). The ceremony will be approximately 30 minutes. After the ceremony concludes, we will begin our cocktail hour as take photos of the wedding party and newlyweds. Then, at 5:30 pm the reception will begin. The reception will conclude at 10 pm. (There will not be an after party, we will be too sleepy for that.)

Please plan to be at the venue 30 minutes before the ceremony starts (at 4pm!). There is a short 10 minute walk from the entrance to the venue location, so please plan accordingly.

The ceremony will be held outside under the Banyan tree. After, the cocktail hour will be held outside on the grass turf. The entire reception will be held under a covered pavilion.

Yes! There is parking available at the venue itself. There is a short 10 minute walk to the venue location. If this may be a difficult walk for you to make, please let us know so we can accommodate!

You will be able to enter the venue through the service gate. There will an attendant there directing guests through. You WILL NOT need to pay admission to enter Flamingo Gardens.

Rain or cold, we will continue the show. We will ensure we have materials ready in case these situations happen, and we will keep our guests informed of this as we get closer to the wedding.

Please wear semi-formal attire.

We recommend guests DO NOT wear stilettos. They will be difficult to walk in on the grass turf where the ceremony is being held.

We asked our guests to include any dietary restrictions on our RSVPs. We will be ensuring that these folks will have options available. If you have any dietary restrictions you didn’t include in your RSVP let us know ASAP so we can accommodate.

The dinner will be served buffet style. The starting salad will be plated for our guests before they sit down. After dinner we will be having dessert, and we will be offering coffee and tea. Please visit the “Reception Menu” tab on our website for more details.

We will have an open bar with assorted beers and wine. We will also be offering two signature cocktails themed after our furry friends, Moon Boy and Cocoa.

We ask that our guests remain unplugged for the wedding ceremony. This means please no photos of the ceremony, and please silence or turn off your phones. We will share photos of the ceremony for all to see on this website. During the reception, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like.
