It was a beautiful Fall day, September 26th, 2021, as Gaspare and Kara gathered by "angel-winged" shaped branches at Wing Park in Elgin, IL. Never having met before, both were there to celebrate the life of their beloved friends' father.

It was at this event, after Kara made a speech and handed the microphone to Gaspare, the event "DJ", that they locked eyes and from that day forward, their pupils turned to love hearts 😍.

Between Fall and the holidays, the two started to bond. They discovered that they shared a love of the same strange music, and many other things ...Kara was intrigued by Gaspare and decided to give him a chance.

Finally, on December 11th they went on their very first date. It was at a comedy club, and they have been laughing together and enjoying their relationship ever since!

Every day has been an adventure, falling deeper in love with every new experience. From celebrating the holidays, birthdays, summer music festivals, indoor skydiving, snow-biking, cabins & beachs in Michigan, Wisconsin, Texas and Florida, to touring Italy, & meeting famiglia in Sicilia. From holding hands by the Eiffel tower in Paris, to touring the other side of the world in Japan - - where Gaspare "popped the question!" ...you've figured out by now she said "YES!"

Since that destined day they met in Elgin, Gaspare and Kara have been enjoying every day, and making each one better, together.

They hope to share their biggest adventure yet with YOU by their side at their wedding, celebrating life, love, and happiness until the end of time!
