Kara and Jonas' story together started back in January 2020.

It didn't take long for the two of them to realize that they enjoyed hanging out with each other. Good thing too... They were about to spend the next 18 months confined to watching movies at home, ordering in food, and spending more hours together than any two people should. So yeah, good thing they liked hanging out with each other.

What followed was over three years of excursions to national parks across the western U.S., vacations in Mexico, weekend trips to Santa Barbara, Dodgers games, Dead and Company concerts, Din Tai Fung/movie date nights, and some incredible home-cooked meals (Kara won't admit it but she's a great cook.)

The two come from very different backgrounds and have different interests, yet they somehow make the perfect match.

They couldn't be happier to be able to celebrate their marriage with the people in this world that they love the most.
