Kara and Sammy met like most people do these days- on the internet. Their first date was at Boxcar in downtown Raleigh. After surface conversations about mutual interests in tv shows and the love of a slightly undercooked steak, something struck deep. Two strangers connected for the first time, though it was like catching up with an old friend. After Sammy got the opportunity to make Kara one of his signature staples- a grilled ribeye, on their second date, it was pretty much a wrap. Kara quickly fell in love with Sammy and he opened his heart and his home to make space for her.
There have been many happy memories created at their home- including the engagement proposal- surrounded by friends and family at the July 4th party held at their house every year since 2020. They have grown their family unit together with Stella and Luna, their two paw-fect girls, and have curated the perfect balance of teamwork and commitment that are the foundation of a happy home.
We are over the moon to celebrate our love, yet again, with our friends and family. Can't wait to see all of y'all together in one place!
