Update: We have booked a bus to transport people from the 3 hotels below to and back from the reception. The bus will depart:

Quality Inn at 4:30 pm

Best Western at 4:40 pm

There will be two bus times back to the hotels in the evening, one at 11 pm and one at 1 am.
