Booking Steps
** IMPORTANT: Please review the following steps carefully.
1) Each wedding guest will be responsible for securing your reservation by booking online via the link provided.
2) Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard or Visa card valid up to departure date.
3) Only 1 credit card will be accepted as payment for each reservation.
4) Wedding guests will be charged a $100 per person deposit at time of booking.
5) Partial stay attendees sharing a room are required to stay a minimum of 3 nights.
6) FINAL PAYMENT: 60 days prior to arrival the credit card used at the time of booking will be charged the remaining balance due.
7) You are able to edit the booking and modify the payment method at any time.
8) Each attendee is responsible for their own room and incidental charges.
1) Cancellations received 90 days to 61 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
2) Cancellations received 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.
3) Cancellations within 30 days of travel, the entire booking cost is non-refundable.
** IMPORTANT NOTE: The last day to book to receive the group rate and guarantee a room for your stay is November 1st, 2024.
** Final payment will automatically be applied to your reservation with the card on file by January 4th, 2025.
