Our Wedding

Our Story It all began at Fitz &amp; Smith, Inc.Kari joined the company five years ago as the Payroll Manager, devoted to keeping the numbers balanced and the team happy — though Jake might tell you his paycheck didn’t always show it. Jake, a hardworking Foreman who had been with the company since 2017, somehow always ended up on the receiving end of Kari’s payroll corrections. "Messing his payroll up every week." Those little mix-ups turned into laughter, conversations, and a friendship that no spreadsheet could ever calculate. Before long, that friendship bloomed into something much deeper — a love grounded in faith, humor, and mutual respect. As their relationship grew, Jake’s connection with Kari’s children, Richard and Harmony, grew just as naturally. Whether it was family dinners, weekend adventures, or simply spending time together, the four of them built a bond filled with warmth, laughter, and love. Today, we celebrate not just the union of two hearts, but the coming together of a beautiful family — Kari, Jake, Richard, and Harmony — joining as one under God’s loving guidance.
