Q + A

Where do I stay?

We have a room block with Casa de Campo. Please see the travel page for more information and booking

Where do I fly into?

Punta Cana International Airport (code: PUJ) - 45 minutes from CDC • Santo Domingo Las Americas International Airport (code: SDQ) - 60 minutes from CDC • Casa de Campo/ La Romana International Airport receives American Airlines, (code: LRM) - 5 minutes from CDC

How Do I Book?

Please go to the Travel page for next steps and booking links! Please note you will need to book your own flights!

How long do I have to stay?

Guests must stay a minimum 3 nights. However, if you want to extend your trip, please see question below.

What if I want to stay more than 3 nights?

We can honour our discounted wedding rate 2 nights pre/ post our room block (Dec 14/15/16). If you are planning to stay more than 3 nights, we advise you to book your accommodations ASAP, as additional nights are subject to availability.

I want to stay more than 3 days, but don't want to stay on the hotel block

That's no problem! Since our minimum is 3 nights, after that you are free to do whatever you want. Some guests are staying in the hotel block for 3 nights and then switching to villa or condo at CDC through airbnb/VRBO. This will help bring your overall costs down + ensure you have a longer vacation. Please talk to Kari if you have questions about this.

How do I get from the airport to CDC?

We highly suggest pre-booking a trusted car service, as the airport oftentimes has scam taxis and Ubers. We've been able to secure a trusted driver and rate, please go to the booking page to book your transportation.

Can I book my own accommodations through 3rd party site?

Unfortunately no, all guests attending the wedding must book through CDC directly. However, post the 3 night minimum, you can book through any 3rd party site, even airbnb and extend your trip!

Is the resort safe?

Yes, this resort is very safe, heavily gated, and secure. Only hotel guests are allowed on the premises!

The resort is 7000 acres, how do I get around?

All hotel and villa guests will have access to their own golf cart to get around the resort!
