Our Wedding

<p style="text-align: left;">We met and started dating in October of 2018. In the time we have been together, we have lived what feels like a lifetime together. We knew from the moment that we met that we had something special, something that felt like only happened in movies. Quentin would always say when you know, you know, you know? and we just knew. Together we have watched some of our closest friends and family get married, fall in love, have babies and live through big amazing moments. We celebrated Karina's youngest brother joining the Marines and we celebrated him returning home after his contract ended and now get to watch him start in on his life as a civilian. We have attended concerts, traveled to seven states within the US and were fortunate enough to spend Karina's mom's 50th birthday with her in Mexico....where we also got engaged! We endured a global pandemic and hopped on the band wagon of getting a pandemic puppy, Juniper. Every summer, we get together with the Hyde/Alvarez/and sometimes Miller family and head to Okoboji to have fun in the sun and make memories that will last our lifetime. We have comforted one another through the loss of grandparents during a time where seeing family and friends was very limited. We have celebrated so many things, including momma Steph graduating with a Master of Science in Nursing, welcoming our nephew Charlie, and paying witness to so many of our friends starting beautiful families. Most importantly, we have spent countless hours learning to love one another. We could not be more thrilled to be married and to continue our story with the people who mean the most to us!<br /></p>

Shelby has been one of Karina's closest friends throughout their twenties and now into their thirties. The two keep up with each other every single day and will for many years to come.

Kali is Karina's cousin and a member of the 'fun time girls', a name coined for when she, the bride and their mothers get together and just have fun.

Will is one of the brides very best friends. The two moved to Lincoln the same year and share many life similarities, it was friends at first sight.

William Stramel

Alyssa is engaged to Karina's brother, Giovanni, and such a special person in Karina and Quentin's life. She is a new mom to the bride and groom's first nephew, Charlie.

Sarah is the sister of Quentin and soon to be sister-in-law to Karina. She keeps the bride and groom young and fun! 

Sarah Nelson 

Madelyn and her husband, Andrew, are lifetime friends of both the bride and groom. She is one of the most supportive and present people you could ever know.

Amanda knew Quentin from work and once she met Karina, they quickly became great friends. Amanda and her husband, Vinson are lifetime friends of the bride and groom, keeping life interesting and full of laughter.

Carli is one of Karina's longest friends, meeting over a decade ago. Life is busy but when they get together, it's as if they have never spent time apart.

Trevor was Quentin's first friend when he transferred to a new school in 8th grade and they have been inseparable since. Over the years they have bonded through many different activities like skateboarding, video games, fishing, and going on trips together with family/friends. 

Trevor Hulit

Gio is one of Karina's brothers and soon to be brother-in-law to Quentin. Gio and Q have a sense of humor that sometimes only the two of them can understand and keep the lives of the ones they love light and laughable. 

Giovanni Alvarez

Elias is one of Karina's brothers and soon to be brother-in-law to Quentin. Although he has been away in the Marines for a good portion of the bride and groom's relationship, he never misses a beat and will always have  a special bond with the two.

Phil and Quentin met through mutual friends and went to the same High School. Phil brings his smarts and great sense of humor to the friendship and the two share many fun memories together.

Quentin and Jayme have been friends since Junior Jigh. They've always had a love for heavy metal music and have gone to several concerts together over the years forming a special connection that Quentin doesn't really share with anyone else.

Jayme Estrada

Alex met Quentin through mutual friends and ended up forming a friendship over the years. Alex, along with many of the bride and groom's friends has a great sense of humor and has always been a supportive person in Quentin's life.
