The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm, please arrive no later than 2:45 pm to allow for time to find your seat.

Yes. Guests can leave their vehicles parked overnight at Bellamere as long as they are picked up the next day. We are also providing transportation to and from the venue for guests, please see the Travel tab. Bellamere is not responsible for any damaged/ stolen property.

The attire is cocktail-formal. We are asking to see everyone dressed up with us for the big day!

Please be cautious as the ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area (weather permitting) so please take this into account for shoe choices.

We are kindly asking our guests to join us for an unplugged ceremony by putting away their phones and/or cameras. We will share our professional photos with you!

Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation and no additional guests. If you receive a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception limited to adults only with the exception of family coming from afar. Make our big day a date night!

To help us with our planning, kindly RSVP by June 1st, 2024. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any exceptions to accommodate late RSVPs as we need to provide exact numbers to vendors by a certain date. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible, we hope you can understand.

Yes! The wedding will be open bar. However, the bar will close during dinner, first dances, and speeches. There will be table side wine service provided during dinner. The bar will open back up when its time to celebrate and hit the dance floor.

There will be passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and the reception will be a seated dinner. The options for the entrees are: Cremebella Chicken, Signature Steak, or Sante Fe Vegetarian Stuffed Pepper. The Signature Steak option is solely cooked medium rare, if you prefer your steak cooked a different way please order the chicken or vegetarian option. All entrees are accompanied by Chef selected panache of seasonal vegtables and mashed potatoes. Please be sure to note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP.

The greatest gift of all is your presence celebrating with us on our special day. However, should you wish to contribute to our future together a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception to go towards our newly wed life and honeymoon fun.
