Q- Tips (David will not have extra)

Currency

It is recommended to exchange currency at Jewelry store (REALLY). Exchange houses or banks charge higher fees.

When exchanging currency, bring crisp $100 bills. They will not accept coins, $1, $5, $10, $20 or $50 bills.

If dollar bill is damaged, folded, ripped or crumbled they will NOT exchange it.

In Vietnam they will not accept American dollars.

It is also recommended for you to bring a credit card that does not charge international fees. DO NOT USE DEBIT CARD. It is a good idea that reach out to your bank and inform them that you're traveling abroad to prevent your card from being blocked.

Things to do prior to leaving the US.

Stay connected while traveling. Here are the two esims we recommend for you to use.

They both work very well and will keep you connected in Vietnam.
