Our Wedding

Hello family and friends, We are very happy for this new chapter in our lives. It is going to be a very special day, and we want to share it with all of you, but until the day comes, we still have a lot of work ahead of us. We are planning a destination wedding to Cancun on September 11, 2026. Under the section "Travel and Hotel" of this page, you will find the information of the all-inclusive hotel, which we selected for the event. Each guest will be responsible for their stay and travel expenses. Under "Frequently Asked Questions" there is an estimate of the stay at the hotel mentioned above. We know that it is an extra expense, and we understand that it can be difficult to attend. We don't want for anyone to feel obligated and make an additional expense. There is a different website for the reservations (listed under "reservations" Tab.) This website was created by the travel agency that will be working with us. It is important that every guest books through this website. We understand that some parts of the website do not translate to English, however, if you need translation, please let us know and we'll be more than happy to help. "To book a room, a deposit of $1000 MXN ($55-60 dollars.) is required per adult" 1. Before going into the reservation's website, the deposit has to be paid through PayPal to: Username: @RomanceBodasAccount holder:NUESTRO VIAJE SA de CVAccount number:053991530017Reference:BODA KARLA &amp; HUGO ***There is a fee of 120.64 pesos for every transaction through PayPal*** 2. Once you have completed the transaction, visit the reservation's website and click on booking.

3. Once you select the booking icon, a new window will open up. It will ask for the dates, it will automatically be fill out for you (September 10th to September 13th) number of rooms and number of people on each room. 4. Continue the reservation process by adding full names, emails, and contact phone numbers (make sure you change +52 to +1 on the phone number).

5. Select the payment method (PayPal for US bank accounts) It will direct you to your PayPal account

6. Click reserve and an email will be sent with your booking number.

7. To check your booking account, click on the "Pay" icon and use the booking number provided on the email. Once you type the number click "ok", it will open a window with all of your transactions. 8. To add more transactions, you will follow the same instructions as the reservation process.***Please allow 3-4 business days to process your transactions***
